Denise Alicea

Denise Alicea is a social media and technology professional with extensive experience in IT and several years as a certified trainer at Apple, where she discovered a passion for empowering people through technology. Drawing on her background in Marketing, Public Relations, and Creative Writing, as well as deep expertise with WordPress, she now leverages this blend of creative and technical skills to support authors, entrepreneurs, and small businesses in building effective digital platforms.

An award-winning author and longstanding professional book blogger, Denise is also the owner of Geek Girl Publishing and founder of The Pen and Muse Book Reviews, roles that have given her a unique perspective on both sides of the publishing landscape.  She has shared her insights as a speaker at Book Expo America, The BookFest, and multiple chapters of Romance Writers of America, where she helps writers better understand online visibility, branding, and audience engagement.
