About the Workshop You spent weeks, months, and in some cases years pouring your heart and soul into your manuscript. Congratulations, you’ve accomplished something people dream about! But… now what? In this course we’ll be covering the bases of what you can do once you’ve finished the novel and plan to shop it to agents and purse a traditional (or small press) route in publishing.

Querying and Submitting is no easy task and there’s a mountain of slush you have to climb over to stand out from the hundreds of queries sent daily. Award winning author, Leslie Scott, is here to help you navigate these waters now that you’ve finished your novel.

So You’ve Finished a Novel, Now What? was crafted after dozens of conversations with new and pre-published authors, Leslie crafted to this workshop as a catch all to all those questions and more!

Instructor bio:

Award Winning Multi-Published Author, Leslie Scott is a life-long writer and dreamer. She writes fast-paced, energetic romance not for the faint of heart and magic woven mysteries about supernatural characters that spans the gauntlet of genres. She homeschools her mischievous and gifted teenage son, fosters and volunteers with an animal rescue organization, and dotes over her own personal Prince Charming. Over the years, she found that she enjoyed sharing what she’s learned of the publishing industry almost as much as writing itself.
